Lessons are charged at the end of the month after the lessons are completed. You will only be charged for a completed lesson. (Note: completed lessons include taught lessons and cancelled lessons that fall under our cancellation policy).
You will receive an invoice through email on the 1st of the month for the lessons in the previous month. If you feel that there is an error please contact us before the 3rd of the month.
On the 3rd of the month we will charge you for the invoiced amount. You have two options for payment:
- A draft from your checking account. This is our preferred method of payment.
- Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
- We do not accept cash or check payments
There are no long term contracts or commitments. We do ask that you finish out the month if possible.
- All Cancellations must be received by the day before the scheduled lesson. Any student cancellations on the day of the lesson will be charged as a lesson.

- Instructors will try to make up any lessons due to Teacher or Weather Cancellations.
- Due to the nature of in-home lessons please allow time for the instructor to arrive. They will teach the allotted lesson time even if they are a few minutes late.
