Fill out our application form, which will give us a little more information about you and your areas of expertise. We help excellent musicians grow in their teaching ability.

2. Phone Call

Depending on need for your instrument, we’ll reach out with a phone call to see if we are a good fit for each other. And if we don’t reach out right away - we keep your information on file.

3. Start Teaching

Once we know that Mobile Music Academy is a good fit - we’ll get the paperwork done and start referring you students. You always get to set your schedule and choose which students you want to work with.

I've been fortunate to work with Mobile Music Academy, going on 5 years, now. As someone who teaches private lessons, full time, MMA makes it so easy to find quality students, in safe homes. Not only do you have complete freedom to schedule as you please, you can teach however you'd like, using whatever book/method you'd prefer. They also handle billing, and have an incredibly easy online teacher workspace, where you can flawlessly notate completed/missed lessons for the month. On a more personal note, MMA is really wonderful about supporting their contracted teachers. On the very rare occasion there is a student/parent disagreement, MMA has never failed to support me and be on my side, something I so sincerely respect. As an independent contractor, that is not always the case, and it definitely makes you feel valued and appreciated.
